Greenmarket Square in Cape Town, South Africa
My friend was at the FIFA World Cup in Cape Town, South Africa and brought me back a variety of hand-carved wooden pendants. Made of “Iroko”, African teak wood and “African pearwood” these pendants feature traditional African tribal motifs. He found them while walking through the eclectic artist stalls at Greenmarket Square. Greenmarket Square is known as the mecca of african arts and crafts set among a gorgeous backdrop of historic buildings and cobblestone streets.

I’ve paired these wooden pendants with a .925 sterling silver chain that adjusts 16-18 inches. Retail price is: $30.
